Thank you for being my guide through the 40 days. It does not feel like something is ending. It feels like something is beginning.

Two years ago, a friend gave me a beautiful journal as a gift. I have been carrying it around for two years and not writing anything in it – I have gone through a lot in the past two years and could not get to the point of looking at most of it in writing.

As I got to this week, I have a powerful sense that the next phase or my life is about to kick off – I don’t know what it is (which makes my spouse crazy) but I feel that it is probably going to be a major part of my life going forward. I think that 40 days brought this to the surface. Last night the journal came out and I believe the writing is about to begin.

I enjoy the MWP more than I can ever express.
You all have been a blessing in my life.

Baptiste Yoga is Alive and Well in Houston!

I've just returned from teaching at Yoga Ananda in Houston. Maria Merrill has a beautiful studio and a wonderful Baptiste community! If you are ever in the Houston area, it's definitely worth making time to take a class with Maria.
