Tornado in Kohler, WI

Tornado warning for Sheboygan County

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for Sheboygan County until 4 p.m.

At 3:41 p.m., a tornado was reported by the public near Kohler moving east at 55 mph.

Master Baptiste Certified Teacher, Gregor Singleton, returning for his annual Midwest Power Yoga visit!

Gregor is so excited about his weekend with us, July 18 and 19 that his feet still haven't touched the ground.

These pictures were taken at Feathered Pipe Ranch in Montana, where Deb Sampson and Jan Marnocha completed their Level 2 Teacher Training with Baron in June 2008.

You may have noticed the video camera in some of their classes. Deb and Jan have completed their final phase of their Baptiste certification and their applications are in the mail. Well done!

Moses Master Class and "I Love Yoga"

We had a wonderful visit with Moses creating an environment to share our love of yoga practice and together nurturing the divine light within. The practice was quite "juicy" and very powerful with the backdrop of rain and thunder. Don't forget the shopping! See our group photo wearing our new "I Love Yoga" clothes.

So....I'm not crazy! Werewolf sightings in WI.

When will I learn?

Festival Foods? Copps? So many cars and I'm not in the mood to stand in line. Favorite veggie sandwich place? Closed. I went through the McDonald's Drive-thru as a last resort for the advertised Southwest Salad.

One bite, and I find this piece of metal? I took the salad back and guess what? It was the piece from the shake machine that they were searching for all morning. Apparently, they washed the shake machine and then rinsed the lettuce in the same sink. When the lettuce was scooped up to prepare the salads, so was the missing part that was left in the sink.

I think it's Copps Tomato Basil Soup for dinner!
