We had a wonderful visit with Moses creating an environment to share our love of yoga practice and together nurturing the divine light within. The practice was quite "juicy" and very powerful with the backdrop of rain and thunder. Don't forget the shopping! See our group photo wearing our new "I Love Yoga" clothes.

The practice with Moses was great. Although I have to admit for the first 1/2 hour I wasn't quite sure what I had gotten myself into. This wasn't the MWPY practice that I was used to. At first it all felt so quiet and so slow. But as we progressed it turned into a fantastic experience.
So a key learning for me is that I should have the intention to experience rather than an expectations to repeat what I've already done.
